Cvetelina Gecheva
Cvetelina Gecheva graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of National and World Economy in 2002. In 2005, at the same university, after a four-year course of study, she successfully defended her thesis on the specialty "European Economic Integration".
From 1999, while still studying, until 2008, he worked in one of the largest law firms in Bulgaria - "Penkov, Markov and Partners", serving corporate clients in the field of Commercial, Corporate, Competition and Notary Law.
In 2008, aged 30, after successfully passing exams, becomes one of the youngest notaries in Bulgaria. During her nine years experience as a notary she mainly works with corporate clients, construction companies and banks. In the notary's office, in addition to notarial certificates, all types of contracts and documents needed by clients are prepared. The employees in the office show full cooperation to the customers for the accurate entry of all documents subject to marking and entry in the Registry Office, Sofia town. For the convenience of customers, it is also supported for issuance of encumbrance certificates.
In the office there is a specially appointed employee who deals with delivery of notarial invitations. Within a year, Notary Gecheva is wrote four articles for the magazine "Your Business", namely: "Initial steps and necessary documents for the construction of a photovoltaic installation on a roof structure", "Special case of serving a notarial invitation", "Aport - non-monetary contribution to a commercial company" and "Who is the owner of an illegally constructed building on foreign land property?".
In 2003 Notary Tsvetelina Gecheva is included in the edition of Forbes Woman and is one of the members of the then formed club. Notary public Tsvetelina Gecheva has given interviews and advice for Forbes, Amika and Your Business magazines.
In December 2014 is chosen by the lawyers in Bulgaria for "Notary of the Year".
