Art. 1. (1)<\/strong> These general conditions are intended to regulate the relationship between Notary office Tsvetelina Gecheva<\/strong> (called for short \"The notary's office<\/strong>\") and the Website Visitors \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026. (called for short \"the Website<\/strong>\u201c).<\/p>

(2)<\/strong> By accessing and loading the Site, Visitors agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and any subsequent changes to them, and undertake to comply with them.<\/p>

Art. 3.<\/strong> The website of the Notary Office provides Visitors with information about the activities, services and prices of the Notary Office, as well as access to published news and materials.<\/p>

III. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY<\/strong><\/p>

Art. 4. (1)<\/strong> All publications on the Site are the exclusive intellectual property of the Notary Office and are subject to protection under the Copyright Act and related rights, and they may not be used in any way without the prior written consent of the Notary Office.<\/p>

(2)<\/strong> Images on the Site of the Notary Office and other visual elements representing intellectual property of the Notary Office may not be used and reproduced in any way by third parties without the prior written consent of the Notary Office.<\/p>

(3)<\/strong> Any unregulated use of the materials published on the Site, without the permission of the Notary Office, constitutes a violation for which the offender bears civil, administrative-criminal and criminal liability in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation.<\/p>

Atr. 5. (1)<\/strong> The notary office does not allow the use in any way of the content of the Site by visualizing all or part of the materials published on it on another site.<\/p>

(2)<\/strong> Reference to materials on the Site from other sites is permissible if it is done in accordance with good manners and commercial practice and if the reference and the ways of presentation of the reference do not raise doubts about the authorship of the Notary Office on the materials, so that Visitors are not introduced into delusion.<\/p>

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/p>

Art. 6 (1)<\/strong> The notary office takes measures to protect the personal data of Visitors in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Personal Data Protection Policy published on its website.<\/p>

(2)<\/strong> The notary office does not send identifying information to third parties and does not require visitors to register to use the Site.<\/p>

AMENDMENT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>

Art. 7. (1)<\/strong> These General Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Notary Office at any time, by promptly publishing the amended General Terms and Conditions on the Site, together with a message to the Visitors about the changes made.<\/p>

(2)<\/strong> The changes in these general terms and conditions are effective for all Site Visitors from the moment they are announced by the Notary Office.<\/p>

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY<\/strong><\/p>

Art. 8. (1)<\/strong> The notary office provides access to the content of the Site as is and does not guarantee that the guidelines in the materials on the Site lead to the results intended by the Visitors.<\/p>

(2)<\/strong> The notary office is not responsible for damages and lost benefits of the Visitors caused by the materials published on the Site.<\/p>

(3)<\/strong> The notary office is not responsible for damages caused by Visitors to third parties as a result of the use of the Site and the materials contained therein.<\/p>

VII. OTHER PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/p>

Art. 9.<\/strong> Visitors to the Site undertake to comply with ethical norms and not to damage the reputation of the Notary Office when using the Site and the materials contained therein.<\/p>

Art. 10.<\/strong> The provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply to matters not settled in these general terms and conditions, related to the implementation and interpretation of this contract.<\/p>
